Moves the selection to a point.

Choose a [[Selection (Edit)|Selection]] method and select Old - New. Select an entity or multiple entities using the selection method you chose. Click on a point to set that point as the original base point. When a second point is clicked the selection will be moved. The original base point will be directly over the new base point.
