Using a hole saw or mill requires a different cut versus a plasma or grinder cut.
A hole saw or mill creates a knife edge to the tube. Where a plasma or grinder cut will create a cut straight across the wall.
The green cut line represents the cut for a hole saw and the black cut line represents that for plasma or grinder line.
Using a hole saw requires the checking of the outside of the material only. "Check" the option "Outside Diameter Only".
Using a grinder or plasma cutter requires checking of both sides of the material. "UnCheck" the option "Outside Diameter Only".
