My bent part doesn't follow my PickPoints.
This issue comes up on occasion, typically from new users.
- The cause: (case 1)
You have a bend angle of 0 degrees. This is caused by 3 points being in a line and the software can not create an arc because there is no change in direction from the center point.
- The cause: (case 2)
Typically this is caused from not enough distance between PickPoints to allow for the radius of your tooling.
As an example; If you are making a 2 bend "U" bracket with the 2 bends of 90 degrees than the distance between the 2 dots must be at least 2 times your CLR.
- The cause: (case 3)
You don't have enough space in between bends for the next bend to take place. It will not go through your bender as expected if the length of the straight part is shorter than the die will allow.
