Using a hole saw or mill requires a different cut versus a plasma or grinder cut.

A hole saw or mill creates a knife edge to the tube. Where a plasma or grinder cut will create a cut straight across the wall.

The green cut line represents the cut for a hole say and the black cut line represents that for plasma or grinder line.
